Ship Identification
Fuses AIS properties with the ship detection block output geometries.
Description
Ship Identification fuses the output of the block Ship Detection (Airbus) with AIS data (exactEarth) to create ship geometries with fused AIS properties such as ship name, cargo, and destination.
The block queries the AIS signals in a time period around the acquisition time of the satellite scene. The length of this period (default is the acquisition time plus/minus 15 minutes) and the maximum number of AIS signals can be defined during job configuration (default: 1000).
