NDVI
Calculates NDVI on imagery with RGB and NIR bands.
Description
Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) is an indicator for vegetation health and biomass. The standard formula for NDVI is computed by NDVI = {NIR - Red} / {NIR + Red}. The resolution of the output data is identical to the input.
Supported workflows
This block requires input images with Red and NIR bands. It is recommended to use 16-bit imagery to achieve results that can be used for analytics.
Data platform:
- Catalog -> Pléiades Display or SPOT 6/7 Display -> Order and get the asset from storage of UP42
